I hate the fact
that Play insist on sending replacements 2nd Class like they do usually. If they fuck up they should surely seek to rectify the problem as soon as possible by sending the package 1st Class?

I havent used them in ages
and I'm not impressed. Took them over a week to get the wrong DVD to me. I remember their service being much better.
