What's the best mix album of all time?

I'm putting forward Michael Mayer's incredible Fabric 13 record. A genre defining masterpiece innit?

Impossible to answer,

My favourite is the late night tales mixed by Kid Loco.

you made light work of that

impossible situation, i love the fabric CD that Spank Rock did a while back

well

It's either that or Immer, also mixed by the Kompakt head honcho

the fabric albums are always kinda fun

dj spinbad's fabric live is cool, shame the justice fabriclive one didn't go as planned. i also really likes dj yoda's cut-n-paste records, especially the 80s edition.

Impossible to judge the best

I stated my current favourite.
How can you compare Sparo- Worlds to Too many DJs etc.

I

should have said favourite really, yeah.

HEAR HEAR

the spank rock fabic one is a masterpiece

shush child

It's a bit "ohmanletscramasmuchzeitgeistyshitaswecaninamixandthrowinsomehillariouslyironicstufftoo" whilst Michael Mayer lovingly chooses 13 incrdible tracks and lets them breathe.

Soulwax - Einzurstende Neubaten

Purely because it's just so much fun. And it's great hearing gangster rap over Pixies.
