and where can we hear it?
I nominate 'Bass Linear' by The Humanity. It's bleeding brilliant. Definitely the best track i've heard this year.

the futureheads - beginning of the twist

Agreed. I listened to it four times on the bounce on the way home from work.
Probably the best thing they've ever done, imo.
yes
felt a bit indifferent to it first but its really grown on me
victorian gentlemen's
club 'ban the gin'.
got it as a free download from puregroove today - it's ace-tacular.
and, importantly, welsh.
isn't that about two years old?
yeah,
it's quite old but it's the only song they've got with a tune and today was the first time i heard an actual recording of it rather than live where they say 'we better play the one with the tune' before playing it last. not criticising mind, i really like all the other non-tune ones they've got.
I'm incredibly out of touch
so probably that Blake's Got a New Face track by Vampire Weekend. I've only heard it in my girlfriend's car, and her dad's car, but from those two times it's pretty catchy and I suppose great.

this is
the first time i've heard jam on bread. this is a good experience.
on a scale from
one to REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE it's at least a 9, right?
with EXTREMELY
PLEASANT EXPERIENCE at 9.1, i'd go with um, a 9.1?
cheers for the tip-off.
Bass Linear
was surprisingly good.
I'd say Dokkoise House by Anathallo is the best song I've come across recently (although it was released last year I think), beautiful stuff.
the last new song i heard that i thought was super-smashing-great
was 'fascination' by alphabeat.
Probably...
'Illuminated Red' by The Accidental.
Mystery Jets
Hideaway, the air raid sirens just get the juices a flowing, also the album is awesome! erol alkan can certainly produce!!
Last Shadow Puppets - The Age Of The Understatement
Really looking forward to the album.
I heard a Battles song the other week
Which I really liked but I can't remember what it was called and it probably wasn't even new... :/
