Spent too much last weekend, had company the whole time so am happy being hermit-like, also wasn't invited anywhere (bastards must hate me!).
So I'm listening to Van Morrison, chatting on msn, drinking wine and contemplating making a massively daunting mixtape for a friend who has no idea about music but seems to love everything I send him. Erm, that sounds big headed - but I've got 8,000 tracks and don't know where to even begin to start. I reckon I should do him about 150 tracks of every genre going.
I fancy fish & chips. But it's cold out there.

oh, it's alright sometimes, I've got some good mates there and have had many funtimes, but there's too many twits and pervy old men.
I don't really drink on my own
but that's mostly 'cos I'm aware I go out drinking too often and so when I stay in I try and stay sober for the sake of my health.
That said, a couple of times recently I've bought a nice 600 ml or so bottle of decent quality Cider to have with a meal if I'm in on a Saturday night. That's quite pleasant.

I spent too much on drink last night by mistake, despite intending on being home by 11, not getting back til much later complete with a gash on my arm which i failed to notice until having a shower this morning.
I'm currently cooking, and about to watch some king of the hill. After that I'll sit back with a coffee and consider what to do for the rest of the weekend, and maybe draw some pictures.
