Enjoyed myself, but from where I was standing the sound was fucking atrocious. All their lovely widdly-widdly headfuck bits got lost in the big mushy mix. TURN IT DOWN.

utterly astounding set from youthmovies. wintermute were ridiculously good too, they just dwarf their recordings so much, they really need to try and capture their live sound better because they're astounding. tighter than a motherlicker. but yes, youthmovies made me incredibly happy last night

tho i agree with what's said above about the sound. i was standing up at the side at the beginning of youthmovies, but moved after the first song as i couldn't hear anything. i made the right decision :) youthmovies were class

...to everyone who came, was a great night. Didn't think Youthmovies sounded too bad, but they did want to crank it quite loud from their amps, so our engineer didn't have much control. Plus they didn't have their tour engineer for this date. They were very good regardless, as was everyone. Wintermute's new stuff sounded great live, and having listened to the demos a million times over i can assure you their EP is going to be amazing!
