Its beyond me how tonights show is not sold out.ah, well all the more for us eh.I was wondering what the times are tonight, cant find em anywhere. who is the support too? see you tonight i guess
Hi. I saw this thread a few minutes ago and got very excited and impulse bought a ticket. I haven't been to see proper live music for ages because I live in the sticks in Kent and I've got two small children. Anyhow here's how you could help me you lovely DiS people.
1) I'm very nervous about going to gigs on my own (in fact this will be the first time I've ever done so). Does anyone fancy wearing somthing distinctive and saying 'hi'?
2) Can anyone confirm what time ASMZ are actually playing? 11:30 seems a bit extreme.
3) If they really are playing at 11:30 there is no way I will be able to see them and get back home on the last train so is anyone prepared to do a HUGE favour and put me up in London. I don't smoke and I will not attempt to interfere with you sexually.
fraid not
Less_than_zero might be able to help you out with times later as he works at scala...

owl service sound quite interesting
kinda like a more coherent/folky six organs of admittance type thing. Gonna make sure I get there ahead of them, probably for 8 or so.
oh hi!
i'll be there tonight.
also, are they owl service or The owl service?
I think it's The Owl Service
review of an album here

and preview actually
sounds coo-el
they were really quite boring
when i caught them supporting dead meadow the other month. quite nice though, just didn't hold my attention.
SMZ are on at 11.30
They're playing a 'secret' early show at the Barfly at 20.00. i think that's pretty common knowledge though.
THANKS FOR THE TIP
I'M RIGHT ON IT, BARFLY AT 8PM, GOT IT
11.30?????
wtf? :(
you is evil
Arrrghhhh 11:30
Kidding right?
Shit. I've just bought a ticket for this and I'll have to leave before then to be back in Canterbury on the last train. Fuck - surely some mistake.
of course
he's kidding.
***I JUST BECAME THE PEOPLE I HATE***
i rang the scala, the girl said around 9.
though i doubt they've confirmed stage times yet.
ah well!
Thank God for that
please disregard my last two pleas.
A massive plea for help

Where in Kent do you live?
I'm going tomorrow, from Ye Olde High Halden. The last train back to Ashford International from Victoria is at 10 to Midnight.
Ignore^^
God bless that profile button.
No worries
I'm now more concerned about being a bit of a Billy at the gig...
Thanks anyway.
stage time around 9
not 11:30. you'll be fine to get the train.
I'm going alone
tomorrow. And it's sold out. How fucking bad is the Scala when it's completely packed?
