So I am listening to CD2 for the first time after getting a copy of it from my mate and I am very impressed. It adds a lot to the version I originally downloaded.
Thoughts?

really wish
they'd kept the guitar version of Down Is The New Up. I get a bit tired of Thom's doomy piano.
Last Flowers and Go Slowly are lovely. The rest is a bit eh really.
Where is the guitar version?
Can you upload it somewhere? I think Down is the New Up is the best Radiohead song since the stuff from Amnesiac, for sure.
my computer destroyed itself
as I was trying to upload it for you last night. :((((((((
The live version of it before they put it down can be found floating around the interwebs.
Okay, cheers. I'll check when I have access to YouTube and stuff
Thanks for breaking your computer trying to satisfy me. Hope it comes back to life...

yeah it's good
i might have felt a bit ripped off if i'd paid the extra money for the box thingy (baring in mind that Mk1 and Mk2 don't really count as songs), but apart from that I like it a lot
lovvit
Think Bangers n Mash should have made the cut.
Down Is the New Up
I haven't listened to disc 2 in ages. It's great though.
Jonny Greenwood calls it "Extras".
The big question is...
will it ever be available commercially as a stand-alone CD?
i doubt it
its not exactly a full album is it? id begrudge paying 5 or 6 pounds for it. luckily it came in the box set though ;)
Bangers & Mash is a beauty
Check out the version on pitchfork tv...Thom playing the drums and singing...super kudos for Mr Yorke

Meh
I was really disappointed. Probably because, other than Nude, the songs I was looking forward to most were Last Flowers, 4 Minute Warning and Up On The Ladder, and they managed to remove the aspects of those songs that I enjoyed the most.
I'm still glad I paid for the boxset in a way, though. I don't normally like big limited edition things that don't sit nicely on my shelf alongside my other CDs but it's a really beautiful package.
