So, thought i'd get the ball rolling on this thread... who was your band of the weekend? Mine was well and truly =weezer=, can't beleive they actually played all the good songs for a change.

Did anyone else hear the coopers mention dis? :o)

ban of the weekend hmmm there were so many bands who let me down white stripes an the prodigy. erm grrr i think muse closely followed by the streets an peaches oh an andrew w.k

Hmm well highlights methinks Muse naturally cos they're always fantastic, Hell is for heroes who're great everytime I've seen em, Ben Kweller, Breeders, Sparta, Prodigy, Incubus, Ash just cos they're fun and bring on the nostalgia hehe So glad they played loads off 1977 and Life less ordinary :)+ Foo's, of course...though perhaps cos I hadn't seen em b4 and they're so legendary I think Janes Addiction on friday were just mind blowing!

leed's highlights

Muse. Followed by The Streets, Polyphonic Spree, Moldy Peeches, Alec Empire, Ben Kweller, Peeches and the comedy tent in general!

Biggest let down were Serafin, and I was a big fan of Stony Sleep.

I thought they were really good at Reading. They're a melody rock band for those who're a little strange, a little less bothered about being cool. They're getting a lot better and some of the newer songs were ace i thought. Still work to be done.

I thought Peaches were poo!

six by seven, traila dead, coopers, amen and mr andrew wk also highly fun.

span were quite good too.
