Silvio Berlusconi, Italy's right wing candidate in this weekend's election, has said that right wing politicians are more attractive than their left wing counterparts.
So is this true? In Britain, the left probably win because they have Caroline Flint. But it doesn't just have to politicians. In general terms left wing girls are ruffers. It is a well known fact in Parliament that Labour boys are better looking than Tory boys, but for girls it's the complete opposite. Tory girl are complete hotness.
