Holler! I'm Al from birmingham band Io. Our bassist just left so we's need's a new's one. Here's the beef.

The bass player should:
Live in Birmingham
Be a super nice guy
Be willing to practice 2-3 times a week in the evening (we have a lock-up) and be involved in writing/jamming etc
Have good gear (i.e. good bass, loud amp, good tone)
Be able to take days off work etc for tours
