I have three neil young albums

I know little/nothing about his career except that I really like the song Unknown Legend. I just raided my dad's collection and got

Harvest
Harvest moon
After the gold rush

Which should I listen to first?

I guess harvest moon because it has unknown legend on it, but because you guyz all know my taste so well, do you have a better idea?

see if you can find Decade

his first retrospective, its usually pretty cheap and is a great introduction to Neil's vast back catalogue

Harvest moon

is very soft but is my favourite out of those three, but the other two seem much more widely regarded as classics.

If you like Harvest Moon,

I'd recommend the Unplugged album as well. There's a good mix of stuff on there.

all great albums....

....but you should also check out Everybody knows this is nowhere (acoustic with a bit of electric thrown in) and On the Beach (acoustic "deleted" album now easily bought for a fiver in HMV/Virgin etc)
