Ok, so I'm seeing...

6.45 - Tellison
8pm - This City, Skepta or Lo-Fi-Fnk
9.15 - Lykke Li
10.30 - Operator Please, Reuben, M83, Crystal Castles or Does It Offend You Yeah

PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE ON THE CLASHES!

Who should I see at 8pm and 10.30pm???

go see M83

although DIOY,Y? are supposed to be awesome live

who are the secret headliners??

reuben!

Reuben is clearly the one to see there if you haven't seen them b4! They are awesome live, seen them many a time! Crystal Castles is just laptop music. M83 post rocky. Dunno bout the rest. So if u want fun and want to mosh, Reuben it has to be!

You've clearly never

seen Crystal Castles then.

Or heard M83

Base it on location

You don't wanna be walking about too much.

But: Tellison, This City, Lykke Li, Reuben.

also

be careful with queues.... basically watch the band on before the headliners you want to see. If its in the dublin Castle, you basically wont get in if you dont turn up in before the 3rd band on

have you seen any before?

because you can rule those out.
Also rule out any you will have a more likely chance of seeing in the future (festivals etc)

DIOYY were awesome live. Crystal castles, also brilliant live. havent see the others in the 10:30 slot live.

as for 8pm. I love lo-fi-fnk! they're so cute and they dance like nutters. great stage presence.

I have seen ANY of the above

And they're all on my wishlist of bands to see.

I reckon I'm gonna go for Reuben.

8pm is tougher.

Ummmmm

6.30pm at The Dublin Castle for Nic Dawson Kelly.............yes.

Anyone

Give me a free ticket please?

Have all the times/venues for tomorrow been published?

And if so where can I find them?

I think to avoid making this decision

you should just hand over the ticket to me. Problem solved. :)

and for the record, Crystal Castles...

is who i'll be seeing when i get the ticket.

Just to be really unhelpful and negative

if you want to see any of those bands at 10.30 you should aim to be in that venue before 9 so you may have to forgo Lykke Li unless it's in the same place as the one you choose. Last year, the queues were so bad all planning fell by the wayside. I'm not bothering this year.

I have to see Lykke.

She's signed to the label I work for.

Surely not that many people will be seeing Reuben?

After today...

Tellison were incredible!
Good choice there.
I saw Operator Please but the acoustics of the venue plus the annoying idiots (I am trying not to swear) who stood yapping at the top of their voices in front of me, made it difficult to enjoy them. Though their hits were brilliant, I am sad that I wasn't closer. Crystal Castles are a band I'm wanting to see but I may just catch them in May. They'll be playing with White Lies then too so double bonus.
I would see how tomorrow goes as the lines can also play a big deciding factor.

m83 m83 m83

DIOY,Y tour all the fecking time

Crystal Castles - probably will tour all the fecking time to milk all the money they can

Reuben - I personally wouldn't.

and Operator Please - .. maybe.

Just see m83, please, for me?

I WAS SO A DAY LATE

This always happens.

Well I'd go and see M83

as I actually like them And Crystal Castles are touring a lot at the moment.

*insert full stop

skepta fo sho

then
M83
followed by Reuben
followed by Operator Please

by all accounts Crystal Castles are terrible live (at least... well...) and Does It Offend You, Yeah are awful.

what lealea said

except from my keyboard.

times

where do i find location and times for tonight? or am i jus being really stupid? thanks

you get an event guide

when you exchange yr ticket for a wristband.

joe lean & the jing jang jong have just pulled out, btw, if anyone here actually cares.

if anyone is interested...

i saw:

Tellison (fucking amazing. offically my new favourite band)
Lo-Fi-Fnk (pretty good)
Lykke li (brilliant)
Kano - fun

I survived...

thats all i'm happy about!

Actually thats bollocks - highlights included Lovvers, Rolo Tomassi, Youthmovies and all two songs of M83!

Saturday much better than the Friday.

Ladyhawke, pretty good, but insanely rammed venue.
The Backhouse Boys - Absolutely brilliant, my new favourite etc etc.
Lykke Li - Very good.
Metronomy - good, but venue insanely rammed.

Kudos to Tommy Flynn's for Lion Club and Six Nation State too.

Just don't go and see

Operator Please.
