If it weren't for your threads and This Life, I would never have bought Heartworm and fallen in love so completely. It's one of those records that stops me wanting to hear anything else, for fear of disappointment. When We Were Young remains one of the greatest songs of the nineties.

Was listening to Heartworm in the car earlier, love that album even after all these years.

Another great band ive never heard before who i can now get into. Recently did the same with Hefner...and that was incredible.

I always get goosebumps listening to the album. Especially this bit from 'Personality':

but I'm liking this muchly!

Haven't listened to it for ages (it's one of those records like Nevermind that I never play because I know every single note by heart so I never bother actually putting it on) but I will do so soon.

I love the way the songs will often lurch off on another tangent lyrically and musically - reminds me a bit of early Throwing Muses in that respect.

Truly brilliant band.
