Spot on

Listening to this record once, in its entirity will change your perception of music forever. It really is that good.

Agreed.

It's fucking amazing.

SMAP

sure is pretty/awesome

and lush

it is the one I have
anyone care to recommend me another

.

variations, six pianos etc and different trains are probably my favourites. buy them both twice.

i mght buy them once

but twice is justplaincrazyandyouknowit

me three

i knew nothing about the concert before I read this thread though...good job there's still tickets.

Apart from music for 18 musicians, music for mallet instruments, voices and organ is my favourite methinks

is his 'drumming' any good

I feel I could do with more percussion in my life.

yes

but it's probably his longest piece, and quite repetitive as it's fairly strictly minimalist (by comparison to Music for 18, which in academic circles would be labelled as post-minimalist), so it takes a bit of concentration to get the most out of it.

Get 'Early Works'

Has these on it:
'Come Out'
'It's Gonna Rain'
'Clapping Music'
'Piano Phase'

I love 'Piano Phase' so much it's obscene.

Piano Phase

is staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly staggeringly good.

can i just say

OH MY FUCKING GOD THIS WAS THE GREATEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN I THINK I MIGHT AS WELL DIE NOW

seconded

atp hardly seems worth it now.
