This Thursday at New Slang at The Works in KingstonLeeds rockers Forward Russia are playing live! Yelped vocals and shattering guitars guarantee this is gonna be an awesome show! They've just releases their second album, 'Life Processes'.

Support this week comes from London's Buttonhead who definitely aren't a folk band. Compared to other genre benders like Deerhoof this five piece have a taste for the absurd and it should be very entertaining!

It's £5 with a flyer or a print out of the New Slang mail-out, or £6 otherwise. And remember it's happy from 9pm until 10pm with most drinks at £2.10, and until 11pm VK flavours and Salitos beers are just £1.60.
