Unless you ordered Chicken Selects, which comes automatically with one of three different flavoured sauces - including your seemingly preferred Bar-B-Q - then you have to request condements yourself.
As such, your anger towards Burial seems to be misdirected.

What do these DJ Kicks compilations consist of then?
Usualy from what I gather
a nice DJ mix of tunes selected by the artists and mixed however they choose, and there is always some original material too. Its pretty eclectic pther people like Hot Chip, Booka Shade, Four Tet, Chicken Lips and Tiga have done ones.

although I'm not sure that just knowing his name tells us anything more about him than we already knew. I quite like all the mystique surrounding him and would be in some ways disappointed were a photo of him to reach the media.

I think it will have maybe be stuck back for a few reasons.
1. Burial is still on with it and why would he rush? People are gona bag it anyway and it's not like he is gona fill it with upfront tunes that go outa date in a week.
2. He got nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and the record label would like him to go win that then dropped the mix after that cos it will be handy advertising.
