But i enjoyed last year quite a bit and they were shit then as well. I'm praying Les Savy Fav play too!, they haven't announced bands for the new carling stage yet and if they were headliners i would combust into flames. :)
last year was fun, i hope this year is just as good.
And as for headliners...they're always shit - at any festival you care to name! I can't remember the last festival to have great headliners. But alas, i am only 18. How can someone so young say words sad as these :P
are potentially the most boring band I've ever seen. They play really tired basic punk rock, and they have some weird giant/skinny guy singer dynamic which I found disheartening. They join the scrap-heap along with NFG and the other mentioned.
Yeasayer in the early afternoon to start, before heading over to the Dance Tent to work my way into a sweaty mess with Holy Fuck, Crystal Castles, Chromeo, Simian Mobile Disco, DIGITALISM and CSS, then emerging for fucking Metallica?
who thinks it all looks pretty shit?
maybe the dance tent is a bit of an exception but there is nothing twee or swedish enough for my liking.
One day I will find someone to go to ATP with me, ONE DAY
wheres dillinger, wheres battles, wheres youth movies, wheres weezer, wheres death cab, im gonna have to take some many intoxicants to make up for this shitty lineup
be great live, but haven't seen them in about 9 years!) and Pennywise who put on a good show, but much like with SOIA I've seen them far too many times now (10 at least).
must say i'm really impressed with the line-up this year.
i completly agree with Caliban420 with the sunday line-up but then there's the music and conor! the main stage on sunday would probably appeal to me if i was 15 again.
Oops
forgot:

I wouldn't pay to see one of them headliners.
Yeasayer, Foals, Crystal Castles, Holy Fuck are the only ones i'd like to see on the whole of the bill. How shit.
:(
i was praying for les savy fav.
i hope it still happens somehow.
SMD, digitalism, holy fuck, adam green, mystery jets is good though.
Blood Red Shoes,
Blood Red Shoes, Blood Red Shoes.... Lightspeed Champion Crystal Castles Hadouken! :)
Agreed that the headliners are shit

Adam Green,
It's beginning to look very good... thankfully!
YAYAYAYAYAY
JUST YAY
Yeasayer, Holy Fuck, Crystal Castles,
The Music, RATM, Queens of the Stone Age.
Oh well, some good bands at least.
I was hoping the lock up tent
would be amazing...in my opinion, it is not.
It does have a pretty good line up, just most of it isn't my taste. Goldfinger? Set Your Goals. Really?
At least we get Fucked Up, Cancer Bats, and The Loved Ones with a really shitty slot.
Set your goals are good live

'carling' stage better be good
it usually
has some of the best acts on i find
Fucked up, Alkaline Trio, H20 (always used to
be great live, but haven't seen them in about 9 years!) and Pennywise who put on a good show, but much like with SOIA I've seen them far too many times now (10 at least).

Fucked Up
Cancer Bats nice little additions.
But yeah, still not going.
LSF headlining the Carling would make sense
or opening the Main
I cant wait!!!
Cant believe how good the line up is again, missed last year, so im well down
