I will be working most of the summer, so go ahead and make me jealous of all the exciting things you will be doing.

er, dossing and stuff.

yay summer! its almost summer.

i walked to my 1st day in my new job today

the sun was out, it was bliss. then i got to work, it was then a bit shite.

writing my dissertation..

over the summer.

BALLS.

i will have a bit of time.

to go to Prague for 2 weeks.

then after dissertation is handed in... BESTIVAL. then End of the Road.

Then going to Hong Kong.

Then face the reality that is my phd.

whoa

prague and hong kong, i am jealous.

^

prague won't be that fun. i'm only going to see my dad who lives there. will no doubt sit in a smokey pub quaffing pivo for 2 weeks straight. not all bad i guess.

I'm seriously tempted

to quit my job, take £1000 and buy a one way ticket to germany or france and see what happens.

nowhere else would let me in!

pros for france: would have a house but no job.

pros for germany: would be homeless but could get a job.

surely anywhere in the EU would?

house>job

why would you want a job..

go to germany

because berlin is far cooler than paris, and the french are stuck up and smell.

^ she is right

I know

fuck it, I'm moving to berlin.

why haven't i done this before?

hanging out with my soon-to-be-born nephew/niece

and possibly visiting new york.

exciting times...

hopefully:

reading lots and going places and doing fun exciting things.

probably:
wasting it away on the internet.

oh yeah actually, i am going to seville for two weeks, with family. i am simultaneously looking forward to this and dreading it. two weeks with family and no computer: POTENTIAL FOR DISASTER. but still, seville. i will get to practise my spanish.

festivals!

going to san sebastian!
going out with my girlfriend and having good fun.

then going back to university :(

it looks really good!

we're just going to eat pintxos really...also we're going to bilbao which sounds scary.

i want to go to seville though, like you, it looks great.

you know what i think of san seb

:D
but sevilla is the most awesome city in the world. I went there for a week with college last february and had an amazing time.

Latitude, Field Day, End of the Road, Barnival (mini Hants thing),

possibly working at Bestival, As Friends Rust at Camden Underworld, surfing the new artificial surf reef in Boscombe (first in the Northern hemisphere), surfing North Devon/Cornwall/Gower Peninsula, more volunteering for the YMCA (I'm the construction worker), volunteering for the Probation Service, Amsterdam, Brighton weekends, visiting friends in Laaaaaarndarn, back up to Leeds at some point, trying to save money for NYC in the autumn, lots more running, downhill mountain biking... freeride/north shore contests, fun times with a pretty West Bournemouth girl, book circle, Comedy Store Thursdays, films galore at The Lighthouse.

pffft

dossing sounds way more fun.

Move house,

hopefully August, back to a big city!
I feel so out of place in this village, all anyone looks forward to is another chance to go to the same pubs, in the same order to drink the same drinks and try and grope the same girls as they have done for years on end.
I'd like to be somewhere where expressing an interest in something that isn't football, tits or fighting isn't met with howls of derision again.

dissertation and applying for job

hopefully starting job, too

I really wana get over depresion

and get my life back on track and get a job. Thats the important stuff outa the way... I would alos like to listen to loadsa good music and hang with friends who make me laugh and look out for me...... ooo and I think there will be a sprog on the way for a near family member I will have to go ava play with kids toys and read them books.

^this too

High 5

good luck ;)

I've got 6 weeks off

and I don't know what to do with it (my job is term-time only). I think I'll try to get some agency work. I don't really like having more than a few days off work and I don't think I can fill 6 weeks with just dossing.

Roskile - Denmark.

Might try to go to End of the Road and possibly Berlin in September. Probably just Roskilde though :(

oooh nice!

roskilde. tad green with envy on that one! :)

Still tickets...

probably 10-15 friends going too it should be amazing although I hope we're not viewed as a group of horrible Brits, I don't think we're like that. Still have to book flights though which is a hassle :@

:D

1st - Going to spain right after my A's to chill.

2nd - Benicassim for a week with my old school friends as a sort of last thing.

3rd - Field day :D:D

4th - Surfing in Devon with college friends.

:D

get a job...

...i'm looking now, if i can have a few interviews lined up by the end of the week that would be beautiful.

Start reading/researching for my dissertation

Bestival in September.

I might move out of my south west london shit hole into a north west london shit hole instead. We'll seeeeeeeeee

Travel

I leave two days after my last exam of this year of uni. Spending June in Cape Town working at the Big Issue, then spending July and August in Wellington (New Zealand) at Scoop.co.nz. Then I'll probably backpack for a couple of weeks on the South Island before heading home a few days before my third year starts.

I'm so lucky to have parents willing to lend me money for these ridiculous adventures.

Going to...

Japan in 2 weeks time for a whole 3 weeks. Yey
