Yep

The Sex Pistols.

^Controversy.

Harsh

C'mon- Mick Jones and HARD-FI!!!!

Me

Neil Young

and Pearl Jam.

Jack White and

The Rolling Stones in Shine A Light, nooooo jack....!
Nikki of Silversun Pickups got into a routine of singing with Snow Patrol when they toured, their bassist returned the compliment, it was a bit 'jools' for my liking...
Billy Corgan and The Frogs, if just for the sick irony of Billy singing "don't you love the rockstar, when he's being a prick...", poor frogs...
Mick Fleetwood drumming with the Corrs- oh hold on, they're both shit!

Allison Mosshart (The Kills) with Placebo

also Michael Stipe with Placebo.

Place-bo are almost as bad as Hard-fi

No!

Placebo were ace! I still listen to the first three albums from time to time.

Whereas Hard-Fi are gash.

cock face from the enemy

playing with the manics was disgusting.
jones and hard fi is awful...but not as bad as when ray davies let johnny bastering borrel duet with him at electric proms...sick in my mouth.
neil young playing with pearl jam was sweetness all round imo.
did anyone see emo-loser conor oberst fuck up his guest spot with the mighty springsteen recently? twerp.

I dislike most collaborations

They seem very cynical to me on both sides. The older artist is desperate for some youth and relevancy and the younger artist wants to be taken seriously. It's very rarely ever about the music, its a career move.

I quite like

Travis Barker. But I hate the music of every band he's played with. Does this count?

Mick Jones has worked with a lot of shite over the years

Best thing he did with another band was to produce Theatre Of Hate's second LP

Paul Mullen from YCNI:Milo and The Automatic

Admittedly, I havent heard anything in this new line-up, so I am prepared to eat my words, however the idea of it is just.......euughhhh

Robert Smith with

Korn
Placebo

and

Blink 182

Johnny Marr

and Modest Mouse.

Haven't felt the same way about the Mouse since. His guitar playing doesn't sound too great live either - seems like he doesn't both playing the lead parts and just plays what Isaac Brock plays and has rubbish onstage.
