God they ARE a good band aren't they? I like the way it sort of never gets going.... its quite contrasted to their album stuff. Less...angry maybe? More melancholy? Hmmm.... can't wuite put my finger on it.... but i like it anyway, to start with I was worried it was a bit of a soundalike to 'cold days from the birdhouse'.... but it wasn't....phew.
Anyone seen them live? Really powerful.
Where did you hear it?
myspace
the new EP is lovely
I fucking hate the Myspace player thing.
:(
what are the redone songs like?
the whole of their new mini-album
can be streamed on the Fat Cat records site.
It's really great, spacious reworkings of some of the songs off the album, the new track, and a fantastic Daniel Johnston cover to top things off.
the DJ cover is quite special

This has made my day.
Anyone else feel the TWS are the Aereogramme?
Obv not forgetting the fact that there are members of Aereogramme helping them out...
Can
you get any of their stuff in chain shops at all? I went to get their album a while back and couldn't find it anywhere. Is it internet only?
Anyway, excellent band.
I got it in HMV
so they sound even
more like snow patrol now?
Old snow patrol you mean?
As the single is quite good, but the EP is amazing.
man
are you boring.
I love this band very much.
Maybe a little too much? New EP sounds brilliant!
posted this yesterday, but nobody was interested
so i'll try again
they're playing at Glasgow's equivalent of the Camden Crawl

When the freak it this?
Cause Myspace = Bad by the office thought police.
Yeah, The Sauchiehall Crawl
Should be a good night, only £15 a ticket, cant wait!
Covering
"Some things last a long time" seems to be the new fad, what with Beach House doing it on the new album
yep, I dig it.
Listening to the new EP now and enjoying it. Terrific band.
