found loads of my old skate vids so watched them all yesterday. i realised how much music they introduced me to.
my pick was Modus Operandi- Spirtualized, Kurupt, built to spill, bowery electric etc.

honourable mention also goes to Heroins vid and Menikmati

Playing Fields

Dr Octagon in Alex Moul section and the Crosby Stills and Nash closer are great.

I'm sure Jerry Hsu has MBV on a video part

Recently liked Whitey which was used really well on Fully Flared.

Skating vids turned me onto so many bands.

Which Heroin video is it?

I'm guessing it'll be Everything's Going To Be Alright if you're on about old videos, but Live From Antarctica has a much better soundtrack in my opinion.

Fully Flared had a good soundtrack in terms of how well the songs fit with the skating and the general feel of it (and they used Arcade Fire on one of the best video parts i've ever seen).

ooh, and Cheese And Crackers. Grandmaster Flash!

yeah was o about e.t.g.b.alright

not seen live from antartica but might now have to get it.

Everything's Going To Be Alright

Has a smashing soundtrack

I liked the ES Footwear one

And also the 'Sorry' one where John Lydon was presenting it.

It was absolutely hilarious because Lydon hates skateboarders and everytime he would introduce a skateboarders section, he would literally tear them limb from limb. Very funny, and the soundtrack was great.

good and evil

toy machine soundtrack. fucking amazing.

sebadoh, dinosaur jr, ladytron, franz ferdinand, explosions in the sky, patti smith, peggy honeywell, t-rex

my god, it's fantastic.

.

yeah right!

wicked

While we are on the subject

Have a look at something I knocked up one afternoon a while ago.

Raggy 'Juice' was amazing as far as British videos go....

...summer 1996, jesus time flies!

Welcome to Hell and Misled Youth spring to mind too.

To carry on the British theme

Blueprint's First Broadcast had a good soundtrack.

The Panic/Blueprint videos

were also good.

Also the Blueprint video

It was where I first ever heard of Mr Scruff.
