i went in to test out a delay pedal, and they had no idea that to make it work you had to actually plug in leads in the input and output to make the LED switch come on. They changed the batterys twice, tried different models...it was hillarious.
They also charged my friend £2 for a pack of bass strings. Ha.
is this
the shop in the lace market?
They're more into instruments than embroidery.
Don't know where Lace market is
sorry.
I know of shops in glasgow, edinburgh, kirkcaldy etc and i think Turnkey is near denmark street??
It's more Hockley than the lace market
but you're thinking of the right one.
Good.
Horrible shop.
Sterile, overpriced, unfriendly staff, just rubbish.
I agree, the staff are just weird,
but I can't think of any other music shops with as much different stuff to touch.
Time to get loads of stuff on credit?
Srsly?
Because my mate has an £800 amp he bought there on credit - how likely is that to be wiped off?
no idea
my knowledge of creditors, insolvency and adminstration laws leaves a lot to be desired
massively unlikely.
Not at all likely
The credit agreement will be with a third party.
No great loss.
they're fucking idiots in there
