Having to share a bus with Rangers fans when they won the league in 2005 was bad enough for the anti social behaviour and sectarian abuse being dished out to all and sundry. And that's when they win, when they lose they really become dangerous. The police up here tweaked the figures of the sectarian murders to make it look more even by including the Rangers fans who had been murdered by their fellow Rangers fans. But hey, have seen some real bottom of the barrel scum wearing Celtic tops too, we just murder less rival fans after games. I have to travel back to Partick and there's a few Rangers pubs around here, it's just not safe. It was pretty nervewracking at times walking back from Celtic Park last week...

I feel I must defend my team and vast majority of its supporters...

While I am very much aware that there is a very bad element amongst certain Rangers fans this is far outweighed by the perfectly well behaved, decent and right minded Rangers fans. As with most support of every team up and down the country it is a small minority that give the rest a bad name.
Myself, along with my family and many friends and all the Rangers fans I know personally can enjoy the football and the banter that goes with it without it coming to anything other than the standard football wind ups that I enjoy getting involved in with my celtic friends.
So lets not tar us all with the same brush, to do so is narrow minded and uninformed!

your vice chairman for being a bigot it wouldn't trickle down to the fanbase. Quite a few of my friends who are Rangers fans have became rather sectarian when drunk, which is disappointing, including condoning the burning of scarves where a Celtic fan had been murdered. On the other hand I have some friends who are Rangers fans and not bigots and as I said earlier Celtic have their share of scumbags who follow them. Your lot just seem to be a bit more vocal about it
