My 10 year old nephew singing along to Supermassive Black Hole, appears to know half the lyrics.

I took his brother to see Muse last year, I guess he's been influencing him and they've been watching the live dvd together.

It's a small win for me cos they were both RnB kids until not too long ago. Nothing particularly wrong with that, but it was JUST that and only that.

:D

Your little boast for the day?

.....

my daughter completing a chapter of Chronicles of Narnia with very little help and relaying it to me :)

made delicious brownies to die for :)

How old is she?

that's pretty cute. I loved Narnia when I was a kid. Actually, forget that, I *still* love Narnia.

she's 7 :)

having a sleepover tonight - there's popcorn all over the living room. gahh!

i rember

trying to read alllll the narnia books when i was little. i loved them so much but ive still never gotten round to it.

you really should

they are super :)

Okay

this summer. I will. can i report back to you as well?

oh please do!

it's always good to recap a book/chapter (whatever your reading level permits) - in order to realise that you've fully comprehended it all!

*alison bramble much?^^*

wednesday are staying up!

and we finished 16th, which is practically mid-table and very weird

i wish i had something positive to boast about

but today has been a disappointing day.

I haven't really done anything much constructive - just went shopping and have done some half-hearted revision (for an exam in 2 days). Plus i'm really tired after being kept up half the night by a bastard little mouse nibbling away at something in the corner of my room, i'm exhausted and depressed by revision and exams and i'm missing my girlfriend like mad.

So maybe i will be able to boast about something later on, but i doubt it.

*emo*

:(

Hugs x

:)

thanks

...ATP in two weeks? :)

:D

yeah its keeping me going. i have regular daydreams about it...

I prepared a hopefully delicious lamb tagine...

..which is simmering away nicely.
I've got to go and prep the spicy squirrel starter in a moment.

Palace won 5-0

Though I guess I wasn't playing, so it's not so much my boast...

well

i made this:

http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3577/anchor-and-hopes-slowcooked-shoulder-of-lamb

which was mindblowing. the best meal of my life maybe. so very good.

you made the bbc's good food website?

nice job!

nah i bet that would be really nice though - if you like dead animals and such... ;)

:D

the lamb! i -love- dead animals and such :D

hmmm

I can't think of anything. Must try harder.

I managed a cheeky nap

and keep forgetting and remembering that I've got no more lectures. Yay for the return of the lie-in!

im crying

i still have 3 weeks. :'(

harhar

sorry..

I beat my girlfriend at pool.....

.....on GTA 4.

i lost to the bitch

but i smashed her at darts.

the darts is well easy.

I'm rubbish at bowling though. :(

i don't understand the bowling really

you have to move the right stick up and down to make it go right and left?!!??!?!?! it's too confusing.

oh my god moment: i was driving into the sunset across that bridge you pay a toll on and R Kelly - Bump n Grind came on :D it was PERFECT.

My daughter can sing White Stripes songs

she can do pretty much all of 'Elephant' (except 'I don't like the squirrelly one') whilst hammering at her drum.

She's three.

good work

seeing explosions

in the sky. That was the best thing i did allllll day

Wetherspoons gave us free milk

It was the late shift at work, with no milk left for tea and no shops open, so went into Wetherspoons and they gave me free milk!

The fact that that's the highlight of my day probably says something about how banal it's been...
