Shit, silly of him.

Still, at least the BBC can go back to being 100% staffed by Labour luvvies now.

*Talksport

cancel the above.

that's what confused me

i wasn't aware that commercial radio had to be impartial.

It shouldn't be.

It's just his opinion.

He basically encouraged everyone to vote each member of the government out. Repeatedly.

i still don't get it.

surely commercial radio has similar regulations to the press/magazines?

There's very specific rules

in the same way you'll never see a political party advertise or be direct;y promoted on TV outside of clearly marked party political broadcasts (that all parties have an equal right to).

fuck it.

10 years i've been listening to him.

bit of a dick, but its been getting me to sleep

I agree with a lot of what he says,

and he entertains me.

Thought he was just taking a long break. Shame. My favourite radio show, bar none.

I used to

listen to him when it was still Talk Radio - I liked his fake "war of words" with Iain Collins!

First Tommy Boyd's sacked.

then Mike Dickin dies. Now Whale has been given his marching orders. What has become of my childhood companions?

Tommy Boyd for Life <3

The Human Zoo was incredible

I once sang "My Lovely Horse" on the human zoo

Ian Collins is the best though.

James Whale was an entertaining twat sometimes, but often just a twat and occasionally an irritating twat.

Human Zoo

was undeniably the greatest couple of hours of radio ever conceived.

^^^That show was the highlight

of my week during my first year at uni.

HOLY SHIT

i used to listen to the human zoo EVERY SUNDAY. i used to go into school looking like shit because i'd stay up and listen to ian collins too.

james whale was pretty good as well. talksport used to be what i did before i became addicted to the internet.

:'(

He was so entertaining :(((((((
