too much :(
I used to get loads
From Late December - April though I let myself go a bit, but im getting back on course n walking several miles a day =D
not much
walks from house - bus, bus-work + back
and the fave house - pub
None really except when I do gigs.
wow, are you in
a band ?
Is this a saracastic thing 'cos I jag constantly?
Anyway, yes.
go to the gym twice
another couple of 20 minute runs.
Perversely I'm getting fatter because I can't stop eating.
Not enough
I walk a lot, have band practice and 'other stuff'.
Back home I used to play footy twice a week, I haven't played since I moved. Laaame.
literally the only exercise i do
is walking. quite a lot of walking, but even so, i should probably be obese by now.
not too bad
7 aside football on a monday eve
random aside on a friday eve
11 aside about once / month on saturday
random aside on the sundays I haven't got 11 aside on the saturday
the odd game of squash
the odd run (usually 1 or 2 a week, but none recently as I've been a bit injured)
I haven't sat down
for 2 years
is this because your belly gets in the way?
or do you just demolish any chair you sit on?
it's a vow I've made
deadly serious
so you work at your computer 24 style?
Are you Jack Bauer?
I do have to use
a high desk set up at work.
I hope you work in a large open plan office
with like 50 or so other workers who have NORMAL desks, with your desk in the middle, making you stand out like a FREAK.
it is open plan
but luckily my work have a good policy on discrimination and diversity so it's handled very well
that's a relief
"Chloe, I need you to do something for me RIGHT NOW"
she can just wheel up on a chair to do it for you at least.
you have no idea ho tiring it is pounding so hard, for 2 solid minutes!
always have to lower the tone dont you!
i was born and raised the seven string way!
ber-dum-chhh
I cycle to work
so quite a lot, about 30-40 minutes a day, and then probably about 4-5 hours a week of drumming on top of that.
about 40 walk minutes to sixth form and back
sometimes twice.
About an hour or two of football lately.
And soon about three hours of cycling :D
oh, that's daily.
stupid can't read question.
Not enough
Before I moved to London I got loads of exercise (sport about 7 times a week), but now it's just on the odd occasion that I will play sport. I still walk as much as I can though.
walk the three miles to work every da
and sometimes back if no-one feels like giving me a lift. this isn't because i want to keep fit, i'm just too tight to pay the bus fare.
