Is on E4 now.

Has anyone watched this?

It's really quite funny. Like a Peep Show played by 18 year olds at college.

I'm actually liking it. I saw the other episode and liked it.

Thankfully its not like Skins. At all. As I thought it might be.

^This

i watched 2 of it last night

was ok. dunno?

I saw it last night.

It's like skins but what being a teenager is actually like: BORING.
So i choose neither to watch boring stuff which basically is my life nor stupid stuff which parodies my life in a harmful way.

I think The Inbetweeners is hardly boring

It's very well written, acted and closer to the realities of being a teenager.

More than can be said for Skins.

I like it

Thought it would be like Skins but it's not. The characters in The Inbetweeners wouldn't be allowed to hang around with the Skins cast. Not cool enough.

Car door bit...

was pretty LOLZ

find the clunge

lol

....

this is actually really good, well the second half.

Hurrah I'll watch again.

Defo right about the Peep Show similarities.

I started watching yesterday

I like it a lot. I'm all for more shows that aren't like skins.

Kind of like across between

Big Bang Theory and Peep Show (which I watched on YouTube for the first time tonight, working my way through series one, on episode five and loving it).

watched the first two

it's silly and fun. nothing groundbreaking but it's a laugh. "He does work in a garage; a 24 hour garage".

I watched the first two online last night

Very amusing in parts but there seemed to be a jump in the episodes on 4oD. Can someone please explain; the first episode ended with the whole of his year hating him in the pub and the second episode started with them in the park playing frisbee.

Have i missed an episode?

No

they weren't playing in the park with the other kids, and then the other kids chased them.

kids are fickle about things anyway

has there been...

three or two?

i'm confused.

the sick one
the thorpe park one.
any more?

three

first day at school - pub one
park one - puking one
driving test - thorpe park one

i loveed the trailers

but missed the first one and haven't caught up with them yet, i'm sure i'll spend an evening on 4oD sometime soon

I'm unsure of it

It has its moments, but it feels like they go "Right here's 20 funny things a 16 year old boy might say, let's write an episode around them"

Its better than that

Chris Morris once again offers us another slice of Fried Gold.

Its not trying to be cool or clever, which is one the best things about it.

Bumder....classic!

i like it

especially the phrase muff wagon

i thought

it was quite amusing

...

Sorry to resurect an old thread but.....

Jsut saw an ad for next weeks episode, and well if was tres funny.

I'd like to admit, that this could bemy new Scrubs.

Oh, old Scrubs has gone to wank. If that wasn't clear.

Is it as good as Freaks & Geeks?

The ultimate chronicling of teenage paranoia and self-loathing.

...

is that not called summat else?

The Quantum Theory, one of the guys is called Sheldon, sorry my mindddddd......
