Nah, they put egg in it
for some reason.
My recipe
1 x onion
2 cloves garlic
1 x red chilli pepper (deseeded if you want it a bit milder)
1 x red pepper
Can of red kidney beans in chilli sauce
Can of other type of bean
Can of chopped tomatoes
Courgette
Baby corn
Any other mixed veg
Cumin
Chilli
Turmeric
Tabasco sauce
Fry onion until see-through, adding garlic towards the end. Add other veg and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
Add beans with chilli sauce, heat for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and spices to taste.
Serve with brown rice and guacamole.

Yeah
it'll also probably need to reduce a bit. The longer you cook it, the better it'll taste but make sure the veg doesn't go too soggy.
Also: put a crumbled-up stock cube in there.

Soya (TVP) mince is vegan
you can get it dried (v cheap) from health food shops or frozen from some supermarkets
or just go with lots of extra vegetables
