Mister Richard Smoker from 12 Golden Country Greats LP
Out of those three albums I recommend The Mollusk the most. I think it is the record Ween are most proud of.

Live albums ftw
You should try get a copy of "Live at Stubbs" or "Live in Chicago". The latter isn't a full gig but contains a lot of their more famous songs, plenty of Chocolate and Cheese loving. Aside from that, I echo kurtrussel, The Mollusk is good throughout, as is 12 Golden Country Greats. The other albums tend to have great songs, but arn't as consistent.
