it's vile.

i had to do my english language alevel exam on the word spam. huzzah.

Its name suggests its bad

for example spam-mail= crap you don't want/rubbish
spam in a tin=crap you don't want/rubbish

I love it

Meat?

There are far worse things. It's good for camping and people who live in boxes/poor folk/lazies. But it has like 3747546574657673243% RDA of sodium in each serving so....yeah, heart attack

I dont like it

the serving suggestion on the tin makes me laugh

Spamburger?

I want to try that

Criminally legal.

I'd rather be vegan for the rest of my life than to eat one single mouthful of that utter shite!

:' (

Sorry love x

but it really IS awful.

its just like ham though!

but saltier and denser

No

it's like regurgitated devil's sick.

A 56 gram (approximately 2 ounce) serving of original Spam provides 7 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 15 grams of fat (23% US Daily Value) including 6 grams of saturated fat (28% US Daily Value), and over 170 calories. A serving contains nearly a third of the recommended daily intake of sodium (salt). Spam provides very little in terms of vitamins and minerals (0% vitamin A, 1% vitamin C, 1% calcium, 3% iron). It has been listed as a food that is a poor choice for weight loss (or weight gain) and optimum health and as a food that "is high in saturated fat and sodium"

Spam is amazing.

Try frying it!

You can even make spam stir fry!

:)

ew ew ew ew

the worst thing to come out of Texas*. a mar on a great state.

(*George W. is from Massachusetts originally)

Wrong Austin

Spam is made by Hormel in Austin... Minnesota. (I'm Minnesotan so, by birthright, I know these things.) There's even a Spam Museum there.

I haven't had Spam in probably at least ten years, but I do get weird cravings for it now and then.

P.S. Anecdotally, Hawaiians love Spam.

it's popular across th south pacific too, as is corned beef

i had spam sushi in samoa

it sucked

spam isn't even that cheap really. for what it is. disgusting

oh thank god

i was sure it was made in texas (not austin though)

eurghhhh

i don't actually think i've ever tried it, probably because it looks like a pile of vommy sick sick!

i used to LOVE spam when i was kid.

i still have nightmares about my misguided youth.

I'm a vegetarian now.

Monty Python did a Spam song

I forget how it goes

hehe

Spam reminds me of my nan. She used to make me spam sandwiches when i went round there to stay during the holidays to watch Summerslam or something (my nan and grandad have sky, my parents don't).

I've not had it for about 5 years now. I should go stay over at my nans in a couple of months to watch Summerslam...
