The dying art of political graffiti....

You don't see so much of it around these days, do you?

There used to be quite a good example of it near the M&S in Earls Court:

'SMASH FACISM'

Then underneath that someone else had added:

'AND ILLITERACY'

So, have you seen any lately?

That's small type to be reading while on the go

There used to be, might still be in fact, one like that in Poole.

thats amazing

what bbc news story is that on?

"welsh news highlights of 2005"

or something. the council won a court case to make him clean the house :(

I read one

at my old local train station that said..

"Brian for the British!!! VOTE BNP!!!"

I thought

Blessed. Either way, Britain can only win.

I think my favourite was in Bounds Green

There was a massive Star Wars Episode III poster with Vader's head on it.

Someone stuck Tony Blair's face over it and had a set of STAR WARS letters, changing STAR WARS to STARTS WARS.

Clever...

There's a signal box on my commute to uni

on which the most confounding piece of graffiti I have ever seen is adorned, next to the phrase 'GET THE TORIES OUT':

'ALL SERBS ARE PUFFS'

Police are searching for croatian

labour activist presumably!

On the way to Hackney from Bethnal Green

someone has written "bring back robin hood" - I'd like to meet the person responsible and reassure them they're probably just filming a new series and it'll be back in the autumn

"ROYTER HATFOOD WAS LISTENING TO DANIEL POWTER ON HIS IPOD IN THE QUEUE FOR 'STOMP'. "

10 ft high letters, west face of Centre Point. New this morning I think.

Taxes, Lies, Wars

is graffitied onto part of a crash barrier on the inner ring road in Derby.

NAAAH M8

I saw quite a lot on holiday
