a few years ago. it was pretty rubbish (but in a good way). they overcharged on the first bill, then when i pointed this out to them, they gave me a refund, and from then on, whenever i paid a bill, it got automatically refunded.

generally crap, a lot of the time there's a really bad signal to mobile phones from their landline, the broadband is about as unstable as it's possible to get. they're thinking of ditching, unsurprisingly.
