I saw a man dressed as the man from del monte

and someone else who had 'Son of Dork' hair, within a few minutes of each other. I thought there was some comedy lookalike convention in town.

Got 2 bottles of strawberry Frijj for £1.50

I challenge anyone to beat that!

Tescos aye?

Shell garage

even better!

2 meals for £1.50?!

BARGAIN!

Exactly!

actually, i take that back

the most exciting thing: i was listening to "Armchairs", the Andrew Bird song, and at the bit where it stops for a fraction of a second then goes "tiiiiime", i did a little dance and thrust my right palm out. straight into the wall of my room. i'm now in pain, but it was a moment of sheer dizzy excitement, what can i say

getting confirmation that i am definitely going to ATP

also the sandwich i made for lunch ewas pretty special

^this^

An Eastern European woman

asked me if she could give her child a very urgent security message. And then whispered it into his ear in the furthest away corner. Definitely something to do with spying.

I work in the office

at a primary school.

snotty!

It's alright. I only see children like twice a day.

It's mostly just phone calls and photocopying and stuff.

I saw a real Geisha.

Alot of people who go to Kyoto never get to see one. It was cool.

you're in japan?

get off the internet!

Its night time.

I'm still hungover from last night. Everyone else is asleepy.

ahhh

i forgot about the time difference. how is it? i am very jealous! how much are flights over there?

My flight was around £500 with virgin.

I really like it here. Both modern and traditional Japan have totally exceeded my expectations. Its quite difficult to live here if you're foreign and under 20 though.

that's not bad.

how come? do a lot of people speak english or hardly any? are you living there then? sorry for the multiple questions.

A fair few people can speak basic

Its very difficult to open a bank account if you're under 20 and almost impossible to get an apartment. I'm living and working here for three months on a working holiday visa. That's ok.

my shoelaces came undone

presumably by themselves, then I tied them back up and all was right with the world once more.

I went into school today to pick up some stuff.

So I went to see my english teacher who's really cool and she came out of the staff room expecting to be bothered by some kid then when she realised it was me she was like "oh hello!" and gave me a nice smile.

That's literally it.

i have a dj set confirmed

just another drunken friday night pub do in New Cross, but I think it'll be fun.

The brakes failed on the car

and almost resulted in a collision with a lorry

two packs of rolos for one

in those machine thingies

I watched

season 4 episode 5 (The Constant) of Lost

ZOMG!!!!1

Finding out

that we've overcharged Haden by 160%.

you fuckers!

what have Haden done to deserve that?

Nothing

it was our admin team's complete an utter incompetence...

My sandwich at lunch was nice.

This is literally the most exciting thing that's happened today, but I'm seeing Iron Man tonight, so hopefully that will trump lunch.

the water from the cold tap

on our water cooler was especially cold today so my bottle of squash was approximately 12% more refreshing than usual.

what a day.

i tried to sell tickets to

battles/ dirty projectors/ fuck buttons tonight

and i think i managed it

now i can afford to buy this girl a birthday present, and eat.

yay

OH AND ANOTHER THING

I bought my ticket for seeing Lupen Crook in a few weeks! This was VERY exciting actually.

i went to the park

and sat on the grass even though there was a sign telling me not to. FUCK THE SYSTEM.
oh and i rang in sick for work.

no!

i nearly fainted but i did pretty well. found out i only have 20 € 'till next friday though, which is very lame.
how're you doing?

im doing great thank you :D

its sunny and im having a bbq and drinking some beer tonight.fainted?!you can survive on 20euros (is it euros?it is euros isnt it i dont know why i asked that) but you will be very poorly i think.unless you already have food in the house in which case you will be fine!

... : (

I got free fabric softener in the post.

A plumber came to my flat

We had the following conversation:

"More trouble with the baths sillicone sealant, is it?"
"Yeah I reckon so, strange its not so long since it was last done"
"Well it can lose its adhesion if it gets wet"
"But its around the bath and shower? Its quite likely that its going to get wet at some stage"
"Yeah"
"Uh huh"
"I can fix it on Tuesday for you, hows that?"
"But its leaking now"
"Yeah"
"So...could it be done any time sooner?"
"How about tomorrow?"
"Good"
"Ok"
"Right, see you tomorrow then. Oh wait, I'm at work tomorrow"
"Thats alright, I can get your key off the landlord"
"Ok"
"Ok"
"Right, bye then"
"See you later"

Its been an eventful day.

^

It was probably one of those "you had to be there" kind of things

Realising

I can post on DiS from work computer today (usually blocked). Hopefully day will get more exciting once I can leave work and head over to Astoria for Battles.

oh oh!

I was watching the F Word last night and it inspired me to make MEATBALLS today, real proper ones!

Mine are pathetic, this is the best I could think of...

I bought a sausage roll for lunch which looked all hard and yuck, but it was actually one of the nicest sausage rolls I've had in a long time.

The Santogold advert seems to have stopped playing on its own accord.

I was spotted!

Found out I've got Thursday, Friday and Saturday off work, so can go out with my friends/family as promised.

I ventured into a music shop

and actually spoke to the guy at the counter. :O

I got called a 'Big gay hairy bum licker'

for resusing to buy some toddlers cigarettes.

i've had seven poos.

WIN.

I had 4...

...dinners.

i just found

the original disco song Take That covered for Relight My Fire and it's awesome. and I made 2 disco mixes.
