a computer nerd mate of mine told me theres programmes available that you can recover long deleted files with. i dont know any names but try www.downloads.com for undelete/recovery programmes perhaps? if you saved over it, i'd say it was a slim hope though. sorry.

i'm pretty much fucked, i only saved over it about an hour ago so i can't even do a restore. spoke to a few people and they're telling me it's lost.
