My list would mostly be festival big players to be honest (Muse, Paul McCartney, Kings Of Leon, Daft Punk, NIN etc), but I guess the many times I've seen Maximo Park, at Brixton 3/4 times I'd guess and The Hives @ Hammersmith Apollo in 2005 (my first gig) both left lasting impressions.
Yourselves?
White Stripes are pretty hard to beat
especially when they played blackpool on the '... Satan' tour. Although I think Bjork may have done it on this recent tour. Also REM and Pixies are pretty close. And LCD last year seemed to beat all-comers.
I agree with White Stripes
I was completly blown away when I saw them on the 'Elephant' tour, couldn't believe quite how loud, good and freewheeling his guitar playing was and his voice live sends shivers down my spine more than anyone other artist.
Arthur Lee/Love
At Glastonbury 2005 (criminally in a mid-afternoon spot). I was so overwhelmed with the fact that I was seeing them (him really) that I was willing to put up with anything, but they were so very good. It seemed like he got himself a really good backing band around the time of the comeback. Also, the Pixies on the Friday show of the reunion gigs at Brixton a few years ago - I think even Frank Black maintained that it was one of the best shows he'd ever played. They just slayed really.
NIN
Reading last year.
Green Day
Milton Keynes Bowl, June 05 was possible the best concert I've ever been to. Simply fantastic.
All I have is the DVD of the performance
But even that is pretty good!

Radiohead - Hammersmith Apollo two years ago? They opened with Videotape and closed the first encore with Planet Telex.
otherwise
Blur - Reading 2003
Manics in Cambridge 05 doing Revol and If White America etc.
LCD Soundsystem at the Astoria last year(my feet still hurt)
Arcade Fire in the Radio 1 Tent at Reading
Best Gigs
Muse at Wembely = excelent
Faithless at V 2006 were class, as were Bloc Party (what happened to this band?)
I also saw Radiohead there, and to be honest found them largely underwhelming...
