I don't have the time to set this up just now, but could SOMEONE do it? Basically everyone involved buys a cheap as wee disposable camera, takes some pictures over a week and then sends the film to someone else to get it developed and vise versa...

i have to say though
if we are doing this and someone gets paired with me they'd have to send it to norway as i will be there all summer. but from what i can remember it's not too pricey, and in return you'd get pictures of norwegian stuff!
