Anybody know if this is definitely going ahead this year?
Line up looks great but website hasn't been updated for a long time, tickets are yet to go on sale and they aren't replying to emails.
Was really looking forward to going to this festival for the first time so hope all is good.
i hope so
last year my mate got us tickets in junish sort of time, and he was the very first person to book it (the order system didn't work properly as no one else had tested it before hand. and tickets on the day's were by no means sold out.
basically it's over a month later this year, so i wouldn't worry yet, also looking at the interest on facebook, it's going to do very well this year.
Tickets...
Tickets are on sale now for the 2008 festival via woolfirefestival.co.uk
Not sure what you mean by the order system not working properly, the only issues we had with the system last year (that were brought to our attention) were with people not reading the instructions about using e-ticket codes instead of posting tickets out.
yeah, pretty much
except that time that i ordered the first tickets online and the box with the code in didn't have a code in and then i e-mailed you and then you fixed it. Didn't stop the weekend being awesome and i'm sure it won't happen again, but it did happen.
Woolfire
Hi there. Woolfire is very much going ahead this year. With a jam packed line up including headliners Capitol K and A.Human as well as showcases from Brainlove Records, Sotones, Braindrop and Disco R Dance there is truly something for everybody. Indie, Folk, Reggae, Dubstep, Gabber, IDM, Post-Rock, Country, Noisecore, Hip-Hop... Whatever you're into we've got something for you. Hopefully you'll come away having seen something that you can't find anywhere else. Advance tickets are available at the budget price of £35 up at www.woolfirefestival.co.uk so get on them like hot cakes. While you're there have a peruse of the lineup and see what tickles your fancy. Stage times will be going up very soon. Hope to see your face down there. All the best.
