mmm I had Jura in a bar in Leeds the other week
a long with a whole load of other unusual alcohols which a mad Polish man kept buying us rounds of, refusing anything in return and utterly unable to speak English. And then forcing us to smoke loads of cigarettes as long as we stayed with him whilst smoking
it was all very very very strange.
it tastes like...
burning.
it doesn't if you're good
it tastes lovely
and you're *SUPPOSED* to water it down
I don't know if I'll
ever acquire a taste for spirits.
you just gotta drink the right ones
if it's expensive, it'll probably taste alright on its own
if it's not, water it down with lemonade in inverse proportion to how drunk you wanna get
or other soft drink of yr choice
yup, try watering it down a bit
oh yeah Ben,
I forgot you were a connesieur!
I don't mind watering it down with coke, is that permissable?
if its supposed to be *nice*
no
just water.
normal water.
^All spirits should be diluted with water
Except, like, vodka, but why are you drinking vodka anyway? It just tastes like glue.
Ardbeg Still Young
Auchentoshan
Both well nice.
depends if he likes honeyed or smokey
honeyed i would go for tobermoray or a glenfiddich, smokey i would go jura or lagavulin (16 year old is amazing but pricey).
or just go to a supermarket and get what's on offer.
