there at reading!!!

yay like 5 good bands playing now!

I personally think that

FOTL are utter balls. I'm soooo there though for FWW.

you know

they're not utter balls, like, BUT, as someone who seriously considered changing their name to gareth hunt by deed poll and who will probably name their first born child mclusky, I really don't listen to curses much, or at all. Loved it for a week, now it bores me. Anyone know what I mean? Tin hat time perhaps.

Balls

is actually being a bit harsh. I haven't heard the album, but I went to see them live last year and I only really enjoyed one song, which I missed most of as I was out having a smoke.

I really liked mclusky. I think I'll get the album this weekend and will give them a chance.

I prefer them to Mclusky

should I be burnt?

Not sure how good it'd be live though.

Curses

is a grower. I love it.

thats the thing

I didn't need it to grow on me, I loved the demos and the album. But something just didn't quite click for me like it used to. The lyrics grate a bit. Still like it, mind. Maybe its a first love thing.

Curses is excelent

but it took me forever to get into it, I remember thinking it was a bit one dimensional but the are some belters on there *& I think its better than Mclusky do dallas

fuck off

you're a complete knob :p

heh

its not as good, cos it doesn't have my name on it ;)

I saw them live

and they were a bit pants. They didn't quite seem to know what to do with themselves. I do like the album though.

Future of the Left >>>> Mclusky

More ideas going on, differing styles, generally just benefit from the experience that Mclusky and Jarcrew gave them. Curses as an album is better than any Mclusky offering.

It really

has to be said, the drum sound and bass tone throughout is AMAZING.
