They recently had Monotonix (one of the greatest gigs I've ever been to!), Sunburned Hand of the Man, A Hawk and a Hacksaw playing a two night run, Jeffrey Lewis and more. It's a beautiful place, right by the water, and usually really busy for gigs like this, as long as they're well advertised (more than happy to help with this if you did a gig there). I think she'd go down well.
