Apart from people, because the ones I'm surrounded by wouldn't have a clue. What I'm asking is if I play a tune on the piano of a song that is stuck in my head is there any software or just anything that I can use to tell me what song it is? Like something you can also use to stop yourself from accidentally plagiarizing someone else's work, by playing it the piece of music and it'll say you nicked that from the beatles?
I ask because I really nice tune has popped into my head and I'd like to claim it as my own, but I *think* I can vaguely recognize it.
