Dolmio day

good one

do you know how to make jerk seasoning or wld you buy it ready made

steak!

with garlic butter, new potatoes and some nice seasonal veg.
OR some really nice sausages, mash, gracy and peas and cabbage OR something else.

.

seal some chicken with garlic and red onion
put in a roast tray and cover in red pesto and mozzerella. chop a load of butternut squash into cubes and season with a little bit of harissa paste or just chilli and cover in olive oil with some full cloves of garlic still in their skins. serve this with some greens like steamed spinach and kohlrabi.

it's my favourite meal at the moment and it helped me woo my current lady so must have happy-powers.

IT REALLY IS!

and it's piss easy.

i'm having it tonight but with roast sweet potatoe and cashew nuts and kohlrabi.

YUM.

um... dunno whats its called in english

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kohlrabi

kohlrabi i guess? but yeh, you can usually pick it up from a greengrocers or a big supermarket and fuck me it's a great vegetable. i loves it. steam it for about 15 minutes/until soft and serve with wilted spinach and black pepper as a nice bit of side-veg. it's a treat i tells ya.

Maybe a bit of green tai curry

cooked with coconut milk, served with steaming rice and set to turn her taste buds upside down. Oh yeah!

Does she like salmon?

Brush some pesto on salmon fillets and grill with pecorino cheese on top (grated). Meantime, make some delicious risotto and add pesto and cream at the end with lots of fish stock. Put the salmon on top of the risotto and you're done.

Or...chicken satay. Stir fry chicken in sesame oil then put in the oven to keep warm. In the meantime, put red thai curry sauce, peanut butter, soft dark brown sugar, lime juice and coconut milk altogether in a frying pan and reduce. Then add the chicken and some spinach and serve up with rice. It's very quick and easy.

oh god i cant wait to move out of steves parents

so i can actually COOK properly and be creative!

stop blaming our laziness on my parents

just cause we can't use garlic does not mean we can't cook.

but it does mean that

you're dangerously vulnerable to vampire attacks
