dunno

but it looks good. apparently it's about recovering your natural core and getting your natural flexibility and co-ordination back, plus all that buddhist shite. Might take it up one day.

i have no opinion on yoga

i might eat some chocolate

i have contemplated this

i was gonna get a dvd first and do some v basic stuff at home before going to classes, yes.

i did this one just now

i have realised it's harder than it looks. it made me feel suprisingly relaxed by the end though. do it. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4628036076291757842

ace

i shall!

i did feel

like a bit of a johnson though. don't let your housemates see you doing itb unless you want to lose LAD POINTS! WHAY!.

s'ok

i live with a girrrrl and she isnt in.

i'm gonna put my maroon thai fishermans trousers on and everything

i tried it and i had trouble not breaking wind.

i tried an all body massage aswell, and the same could be said for that.

i used to go to yoga class every week

it was awesome. i want to start again. i don't know the differences though. i think i just went to a "beginners" one. i gots well flexible. it was good for bending into small places and performing mission impossible style heists.

pilates

is better

all i know is bikram yoga

sounds like hell. Sweaty, sweaty hell. Other than that yoga seems like a good way to relax and stretch your musles. I've heard good things about ashtanga yoga but I don't really know what makes it special.

Yoga girls tend to be hott.

And are often Chinese. O_o

That's judging by the ones who kept wandering in to our MMA sessions to ask if this is the yoga class. (Not sure if that says more about us or them...)
