Power Out is a top song I'll agree but it doesn't really have an intro, I'd say. It just kind of bursts into that titanic riff. Great when played in album order i.e. just after Une annee sans lumiere.
Anyway, mine:

Refused are Fucking Dead by Refused has a killer intro as well.

I actually like the Killers, but the intro to "Jenny" is terrible! It starts out with just a bunch of sound effects like a helicopter and sirens.

I prefer the intro to "on top."

It lasts for about two seconds, but the drum intro to "Eagles Become Vultures" by Converge has a peculiar effect on me.
