That album totally soundtracked 1991 for me! Vs never really grabbed me.
Probably 10, but
with songs like 'Daughter' and 'Elderly Lady Behind a Counter in a Small town' then Vs could also be my fave.

Vs for me every time
I've always thought that Ten really goes off the boil after Oceans, whereas Vs. is far more consistent in my view(and it also has Dissident and Rearviewmirror on it, which might be my top two PJ songs).

Similarly to what theskysawfulblue said, Ten loses its way in the second half whereas Vs is a complete record. The opening five from Go, Animal, Daughter, Glorified G and Dissident are sublime and Blood contains one of Eddie Vedder's finest vocal displays - the moment that his voiie sounds like its being shredded with a razor before returning to a smooth tone is pure brilliance.
Having said that reckon Black is my all-time fave of theirs.

I love this band so much
that i had their stickman logo tattooed on my arm :-) Had the chance to see them live in Hartford a couple of weeks ago, and they were incredible.
Ten and Vs are pretty close, but i'd probably give the edge to Vs, because of it's *slightly* less overblown production. For me, it goes like this:
