Thought the PF dude nailed it, eh. Canning's a bit too indie-by-the-numbers, while Spirit If is amazing.

and for that, it wins.

but Tbtf, Lucky Ones, Gang Bang Suicide, Big Love > Hit the Wall, imo.

Why can't they just make normal BSS records, they were incredible.

I have only heard the leaked version though and Brendan came out and said that it wasn't the finished artical. So it would be interesting to hear the final version.
Nice tunes fuzzy indie rock/pop tunes all in all pretty cool. Nothing spectacular nothing offensive. Just good old Broken Social Scene, in all their divers glory.
I haven't heard Spirit If... but if as people say it's better then it looks like I'm in for a treat.
P.S. My fav BSS album is the self titled.
