I finally saw it today and really liked it.
I was a bit put off by some of the reviews, but I've seen it I think that a lot of reviewers were expecting something completely different. Upset that it wasn't Rock School with movie jokes.
It's funny, it's got a heart, and it feels like they actually had a good time making it.
I haven't seen it, but it's awesome.

I loved seeing them re-make films I knew but it seemed to take to long to get to the point and I wasn't a fan of the end :(

Eternal Sunshine is perfect and pretty much my favourite film ever but Science of Sleep was bollocks.
He needs a decent scripwriter I reckon.

It's irritatingly out there and kooky and the script is shit. It physically sends me to sleep every time I watch it.

has plenty of good set pieces and animation in it, but the characters aren't so great.
Stephané is a great character.
But I must admit, Stephanie is very plain and dull.

ever wanted to see it was because michel gondry is god and did a lot of bjork videos, I also wanted to laugh Jack Black doing some 'acting'.

Michel Gondry's better when he's got a screenwriter but I still think it's great.
