Or if you're in my band say "Woolies Bargain Bin"

I'm the interview master, I've had two in the last week and been offered both!

The first one can be difficult, but I usually counter that with "Well, I was actually going to ask what the scope for progression was with this job?" This then puts the onus on the interviewer, plus gives the impression that you are interested in staying with the company long term.

Question two, I usually say "Well, I would say my main weakness is that I tend to feel responsible for things that are out of my control, such as if I can't meet deadlines because of hardware issues or system downtime etc" This is kind of like saying "I WORK TOO HARD" but is less cheesy and obvious.

my answer to the first one was "i don't really have a long term plan, i'm just keen to gain more experience..." or something, then i said the word 'experience' too much and sounded stupid. And i haven't been asked the second one which i'm glad of because i don't know what i'd say, it's silly question anyway, who's gonna give an honest answer?
