I'm on a bit of a journey tomorrow, so any other albums you can suggest would be superb...

Thank God For Mental Illness
Take It To The Man
Take It From The Man
Sorry, it's late and I'm tired!
thank god for mental illness is the best
then take it from the man
then strung out in heaven maybe
they also have a greatest hits type thing called tepid peppermint wonderland or something upon those lines
take it from the man
is best, but most are good.
the we are the radio ep is also well worth getting.
i love methadrone
but my favourite is bravery repetition and noise.
my bloody underground is completely different but worth listening to
I can't get on with the BJM
purely because I watched that documentary and that Anton geezer was such an insufferable arsehole.
Give It Back!
...is their best.
I like Methodrone
it's their most consistently great album.
The new one is great as well, but the production is awful.
Seconded on both counts
The new album could have been one of their finest if it didn't sound like it was recorded in a chicken coup with said livestock in attendance throughout the entire session.
did you like the new one?
it was very silly for some reason
its funny
i liked their songs so much more in the documentary than when i sat and listened to the albums
they have one song which makes my hair stand on end every time...
"You look great when I'm high"
Give it back
and My Bloody Underground are the best.
and take it from the man
and thank god for metal illness.
those are the essentials.
maybe strung out in heaven too.
just get all of it, man. they are amazing.
The best of...
That's a good start!
there's no standout album, but...
Methodrone
Take It From The Man
Thank God For Mental Illness
Give It Back
Bravery, Repetition And Noise
..are all brilliant.
Personally I don't get the love for Strung Out In Heaven.
GIVE IT BACK!!!
strung out in heaven is DULL!!
wouldn't go that far
but it sounds a bit tame and major-labelly and most of the best songs are re-recorded oldies
Some of it
Golden Frost and Bring Me The Head... for example could have been immense with better production.
