Has anyone here heard of this band, Ivories? They used to be called The Holy Terror, but I can't find ANYTHING on the internet about them.... i've tried myspace, google, here. So yes, searched high and low, as you can see.
They had their song 'Tonight' played on Steve Lamacq's show last week, so I was wondering if anyone on here could direct me to a site?

Re: Ivories/The Holy Terror

I was going to simply unhelpfully say I know of bands called Ivory Springer and Ivory Coast

but on searching google I found this - www.releasethebats.net

which mentions an email address for the ivories www.tinkletheivories@aol.com.

have just remembered this so could be incorrect and i don't know how dated the site is - can't be bothered to check further. You better not be on their street team or something.

Re: Ivories/The Holy Terror

They're my friend's sister's band... her name is Helena and she's pretty cool... they supported Art Brut a while back.

Release The Bats is their club night in Leeds.

Believe me, I'm not. I doubt they even have a street team.
I heard them on a compilation and on the radio the other day and was just trying to find their site.
And thanks, that's the site I was after :)

Re: Ivories/The Holy Terror

I don't think they have a website.
They played Nastyfest, and were in the New Yorkshirebit of the NME the other week.
Generally they haven't done stuff for ages 'cos Julia left, I don't really know what they've got planned.

Best way to follow them would be to watch the Black Wire website.
